We strive to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Products like perfumes, cosmetics, personal care items, or any item marked as non-returnable cannot be returned once opened.
Customized, made-to-order, or final sale products are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used perfumes.
Innerwear, socks, or swimwear (due to hygiene reasons).
Personal care and health products (opened/used)
Products under special promotions, flash sales, or clearance unless received damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your Beatbite account
Go to My Orders and select the product you want to return.
Click on Request Return and fill in the required details.
Our team/vendor will approve your request and schedule a pickup (wherever available) or share instructions for return shipping.
Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate a refund within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (credit card, bank account, wallet, etc.).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made to your provided bank account or wallet.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or wrongly delivered.
Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive: 1:- damaged product, 2:- A wrong product, or 3:- An incomplete order,
Please raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at [Beatbitetech@gmail.com] with images/video proof.
Vendor-Specific Return Policies
As we are a multi-vendor marketplace, certain products may have different return policies set by the individual sellers. Please check the product page for any vendor-specific terms before placing the order.
Important Points
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not comply with our policy
Returns are accepted only once per order.
Repeated returns without valid reason can lead to account suspension.
